- I am challenged every day to build my business-yet I strive to "Do what it takes"
- Each day, it gets a little bit easier, but still is a challenge. I am finding myself paying closer attention to the people around me; making sure I smile at them, hold the door for them, say hello, etc. I used to go through my day without really seeing anyone.
- I want to build my business so I can help others do the same--and help a local charity.
- When people turn down the opportunity to get more information about the business, I do not need to take it personally.
I also tried talking some of my family members who had heard about what I was doing. Actually their words were "Did you join a cult?". It is amazing how other "Internet businesses" or "work at home opportunities" can make someone so quick to turn down an opportunity like MPM. There really is no opportunity like it--you can earn money back on everything you spend, you don't have to stock or sell any products, and you simply refer others to take advantage of the opportunity along with you!

That is all for now. I am going to spend the weekend working on following up with those people that I have talked to, along with continuing to think of ways to discuss My Power Mall with others I meet throughout the weekend.

Hi Sandy,
What valuable lessons you have learned this week - especially learning to really see the people around you! Congratulations! That is the best lesson you could have taken away from the challenges of your first week.:)
Yes, it will get easier. I am looking forward to hearing the results from your followups this weekend, and I'm sure you'll get some more contacts to average out your 5 a day. :)
I believe in you!
Ginny
